In August 2011, I retired from clinical practice, in order to devote my time to expert witness work.
I have had training in expert witness report writing, courtroom skills and cross examination, together with training in civil law and procedure, including CPR Part 35, Practice Direction 35, and the protocol for the instruction of Experts to give evidence in civil claims. The course also includes the various Pre-action protocols (Cardiff University, Bond Solon Certificate). CUBS certified.
