Independent consultants with over 25 years of experience in directing hospital-based biomedical engineering and TeleHealth programs in one of the largest medical centers in the world. Specializes in medical devices evaluation, incident investigation, use, training and servicing. Holds graduate degrees (M.Sc., Ed.D.) as well as Certification in Clinical Engineering and is also a Registered Professional Engineer in the state of Texas. Member of FDA medical devices advisory panel  (delete - committee) and of technical committees of professional organizations that generate technical standards. Past chairman of the NFPA LASER safety committee. Performs incident investigation and analysis related to medical devices and accessories. Recipient of awards including the FDA citation for protecting public safety.
