Mary S. Webster, MHS, NHA is President of Sonoma Care Review Management - one-stop specialists in EXPERT WITNESS SERVICES for cases involving claims of Nursing Home and Care Facility Negligence and Elder Abuse.

She has over 25 years of senior-level experience in the management of long-term care facilities and the coordination and delivery of services to the elderly. A graduate of Syracuse University, with an undergraduate degree in Social Work and Family Relations, she also holds a Masters' Degree in Human Services from the University of Connecticut and Keene State College.

She has done extensive work in hospital and church-based community social work with a focus on serving the needs of the elderly. She has also run her own private practice in individual and group counseling.

She has worked as a state-licensed Long-Term Care Administrator in Connecticut, New Hampshire and California, specializing in correcting the problems of facilities in operational distress and with a focus on protection of residents' rights, employee motivation and education and adherence to local, state and federal regulatory requirements. Her experience includes administration of facilities of up to 180 beds and budgets exceeding $5 million. She has managed profit and not-for profit facilities and union and non-union workforces.
