Mr. Temple is a Registered Professional Engineer in Safety (P.E.) and a Board Certified Safety Professional (C.S.P.) in Comprehensive Practice. He has over 34 years of diverse safety engineering, human factors and environmental management experience and in addition to Certification by four (4) safety & health competency boards, he is qualified as an ISO 14001 Lead Auditor for Environmental Management Systems. During his career he has managed the Safety Compliance and Inspection Program in the Mayor's Office of Safety for the City of Baltimore and served as Project Safety Director for one of the largest construction projects in the world in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. In addition to occupational and environmental safety services, Mr. Temple provides advanced system safety and human factors engineering support to high technology companies during the design and testing of military hardware, vehicles and weapons systems for the U. S. Department of Defense. Upon numerous requests, Mr. Temple has also provided expert testimony and technical litigation services to Plaintiff or Defense attorneys in accident/injury cases.
