PROFILE I have concentrated my career on the application of electronics and software, chiefly in IT, telecommunications and manufacturing industries. For 25 years from the early 70's I was involved in the design and test of hardware and software. Latterly the emphasis has been on the provision of expert witness and consultancy services. I have been instructed by such firms as FM Global, Slaughter & May, Herbert Smith, Denton Wilde Sapte, Pinsents , Eversheds and PricewaterhouseCoopers and have made frequent court appearances in connection with company litigation, Customs Tribunals and patent infringement.
