Snapshot of Experience: Peter graduated with a degree in Building Services Engineering in 1985 from Newcastle-Upon-Tyne Polytechnic- now The University of Northumbria. Peter’s first position was at Oscar Faber Consulting Engineers at their St Albans office, four years later he founded Rolton Services Consultants and now is a Director of The Rolton Group ltd which was developed from the amalgamation of four Professional Engineering companies in 1999.

Expert Witness is a key strength of Peters having experience of working as either single or joint expert. Peter specialises in the use of thermo modelling and solar control techniques, air conditioning and control systems. His expertise covers energy efficiency, power supply/plant, lighting, plumbing, drainage, water supply, gas supply, heating/ventilation/air –conditioning, sick building/legionella and building maintenance. He also has the additional expertise of lecturing on many of these subjects to various professionals and client audiences. Additionally Peter has experience in the areas of Personal injury and Professional Negligence.

Peter has been instrumental in developing a partnering culture within the practice and puts great emphasis in working closely with clients for the mutual benefit of both parties. Peter has lectured in partnering to a number of professional bodies and prestigious venues.
