Initial Investigation & Assessment
* Preliminary Review of case facts for merit
* Ensure negligence and causation factors are clearly understood
* Conduct appropriate research
* Provide Investigation direction
* Assist in the creation of statement of Claim
During the Discovery process
* Review all medical records and other appropriate material
* Identify inaccurate information and critical ommissions in the medical records
* Identify injuries, damages and causation factors.
* Define acceptable standards of care and deviations from same.
