Mr. Neches, managing partner of Thomas Neches & Company, provides accounting, financial, business valuation and statistical analyses to assist attorneys in litigation. He has testified as an expert on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts in Arizona, California, Florida, Kentucky, Missouri, Nevada, New York and Oregon.

Mr. Neches is a Certified Public Accountant/Accredited in Business Valuation/Certified in Financial Forensics, a Certified Valuation Analyst and a Certified Fraud Examiner..  He has a BA in Mathematics from the University of California San Diego, and an MS in Operations Research from the University of California Los Angeles.  Mr. Neches is Adjunct Professor of Law at Loyola Law School.
