David Muskett provides project management, expert witness and engineering
services in the marine engineering, offshore oil and gas,
electrical engineering and building and construction industries.

David Muskett has been providing 'hands on' management
experience at all levels in ‘high tech’ project engineering management for
nearly 30 years, primarily in the offshore, marine/shipbuilding
and construction industries.

He specialises in project management/contractual issues,
loss prevention, electrical issues and safety, control and
communication systems. He is a strong team player who
believes in leading from the front and who provides strong
motivational, commercial, technical & litigation support skills.

Experienced expert witness having submitted over 10 reports and appeared at Hearings during the past two years.

The majority of instructions are received from within the UK. However David Muskett is considered internationally based and is able to receive instructions from any jurisdiction.
Being based between London and Spain he is increasingly receiving instructions to provide unrivalled service to Clients that find themselves "at odds" with some aspect of their dealings with Spain. For example, property disputes in any form, holiday problems, etc. Our Clients have found it advantageous to instruct David Muskett who maintains complete independence of any Company, to expertly examine, report or resolve a wide variety of issues.
Being a member of both the Project Management Institute and the Spanish AEPM he is able to call upon the services of many distinguished industry figures if necessary.


Muskett project consultants have recently invested in a highly sophisticated package that allows us to search with incredible accuracy and speed across almost all electronic documentation, simultaneously!
The tool does not require that each individual document is opened.

What does this mean for the Client?
Where the case is large there are inevitably volumes of documents that need to be read, understood and cross referenced. Using this package we are able to cross relate, for example:
Witness statements, Court transcripts, Spreadsheets, databases, emails etc., and find all related entries, within seconds. We have found that this tool is invaluable and already has saved our Clients many fee hours.

In addition, we have successfully used the tool to search for "hidden" entries within any format, e.g., Macros, document properties (Author, creation date, etc), formulas etc.
