Andrew
is a Chartered Civil Engineer with 25 years experience in
inspection, assessment and repair of buildings and other
types of civil engineering construction.
Prior
to joining Atkins, Andrew was responsible for structural
testing and evaluation at Taylor Woodrow Research Laboratories
and was involved with the structural and deterioration aspects
of building appraisal.
