Levy is a Chartered Building Surveyor achieving qualification
in 1984, Fellowship of the Royal Institution of Chartered
Surveyors in November 1992, membership of the Accademy of
Experts in October 1996 and is an active member of the Pyramus
and Thisbe Club. Simon Levy is the Principal of an active
and busy practice of Chartered Surveyors, and interior designers
and specialises in providing a detailed and comprihensive
professional service in the supply of expert witness evindence
in conformity to part 35 of the CPR and the Royal Institution
of Chartered Surveyors' Practice Statement on expert witness
services. Preferred evidence has recently been suplied in
the Court of Appeal boundary dispute matter of Kupfer v
Dunne. Other leading Court of Appeal case precedents in
which Simon Levy supplied preferred expert witness evidence
include Louis v Sadiq 1992.
