Dr. Williams is an internationally recognized expert in Police Policy,
Practices and Procedures. A former Municipal Police Chief and a retired US Drug Enforcement Administration Deputy Associate Special Agent In Charge and Chief of Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Forces world wide. His career assignments included Divisional Group Supervisor, Chief of International Mobile Teams, Chief of International Training, Divisional Intelligence Chief, Senior Inspector for Internal Affairs, Senior Drug Policy Advisor to
the Central Intelligence Agency and US Country Attache on Diplomatic assignment to the Caribbean.

Official duty and undercover operations were accomplished throughout the USA and major cities on every Continent
excluding Australia. His demonstrated expertise in police operations
includes over 300 arrests and trial testimony with a 100% success rate. Dr. Williams has been admitted in federal and state courts as an expert with specialties in police policy, practice and procedure and has met federal and
state court standards of the Daubert Challenges.

Dr. Williams serves as a Certified Police Trainer to several east coast police academies. As an Adjunct Professor, he teaches  Criminal Justice courses at Rowan University, Glassboro, NJ and is a member of the American Bar Association (Number 01430906) Criminal Justice Committee and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. Dr. Williams is a Presenter at the National Conferance for Expert Witnesses and Consultants held yearly at Cape Cod Massachussetts and served as Law Enforcement Expert on the Nationalized Television Show of "Its Your Call" with Lynn Doyle on CN8 Television.

Utilizing over thirty (30) years of professional police expertise, Dr.
