During the past year, I have starting working on significant US actions and with US law firms, in particular in acting in computer and technology patent, software copyright and other IPR cases. For example, I am currently retained in regard to at least two leading patent actions, one in the field of databroadcasting being heard in the Colorado Court, where I am under instruction by MoFo in San Diego - and in which, unusually, the patent in question cites my own work in a business area in which I was personally renowned in the late 1980s and early 90s.
