Mr Braithwaite is a teaching hospital consultant. He has
experience in training all grades of doctors. He has been
a reviewer for the Lancet, British Journal of Surgery and
the European Journal of Vascular and Endovascular Surgery.
He has developed a national database on intra-arterial thrombolysis
and his own website for patient information www.bdb.org.uk.
He is project leader for several research programs, local
and international.
