I graduated from Cambrige University and the London Hospital medical school in 1975. I was joint director of a busy accident and emergency department for 10 years.  For the past six years I have been the specialist in charge of the Maidstone and malling back pain service.  I also work in private orthopaedic practice.  I am dually qualified as a medical specialist with my Diploma of Musculo-skeletal medicine and as an osteopath with my membership of the London College of osteopathic medicine.

I write over 80 reports a year.  30% would be for the claimant, 30% for the defendant and 40% joint.  I have given evidence in court on at least 10 occasions.  I have been trained by Bond Solon as an expert witness.

A typical simple medical examination including up to 1 cm of records and four x-rays costs £325.

Osteopathic negligence reports are more complex.  A preliminary report starts from £600 and a full report typically costs from £900.
