Mr. Berliner, CPA, CFE, MBA is the Managing Director of Securities Litigation and Forensic Accounting Services at Marks Paneth & Shron LLP, one of the largest independent accounting firms in New York, where he is supported by a team of experienced forensic accountants.

Mr. Berliner has testified in several high-profile cases around the country.  A former national office partner at a "Big 8" CPA firm, he has extensive professional credentials which include serving as a member of the Auditing Standards Board and the FASB Emerging Issues Task Force, and as an adjunct professor of accounting at NYU's Stern School of Business.
