PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
As a professional business valuator with more than 20 years of experience, William “Bill” A. Barnard, CPA, works with clients by assisting them with corporate reorganizations and valuations of closely-held stock and partnership interests. He works closely with clients offering advice on many valuation issues such as consideration of a company's tangible assets as well as those that are intangible. He works with both individual clients such as with marriage dissolution and with companies with matters such as buy/sell agreements.

With his law degree and extensive training as a mediator, Mr. Barnard is in a position to offer clients alternatives to litigation through mediation. Mr. Barnard holds three degrees from Tulane University, a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance and a Doctor of Jurisprudence.
