Wayne is a director of Smith & Williamson Limited and
specialises in white-collar crime and fraud investigation.
His experience includes working on a number of high
profile large and complex frauds and prosecutions
brought by the Serious Fraud Office, HM Customs and
Excise, Inland Revenue and the DTI.

Wayne also has extensive experience in commercial
litigation including business interruption, breach of
contract and warranty claims, loss of profits and business
valuations. He has worked on a number of high profile
commercial cases both in the UK and overseas notably
he worked for the United Nations Security Council in
the evaluation of the claims against Iraq for the invasion of
Kuwait.

Wayne joined Smith & Williamson Limited in February
2003 after seven years at BDO Stoy Hayward where he
became a Partner in July 2001 within their forensic
accounting group.
